Here are some pictures we took today (Mother’s Day) at the park. Mike’s mother and sister Jessica were visiting and we spent some time at the park next door to our church.

Our backyard is fenced in. Normally Seiko, our dog, is let outside multiple times a day to go out in the back yard and she is let back inside. We also have a camera pointed at our front door on a motion sensor. It normally lets us know if someon delivers a package and stuff llike that. Today, it caught someone, who was supposed to only be in the backyard, visiting our front door.
More pictures up on the Photo Gallery! Us at the dog park and Helping daddy test his new wide-angle lens.

I found a nifty site with lots of creative commons licensed music. I thought it would be fun to put some in a movie so I grabbed some shots from this week and mixed them together. I know, I know .. its a bit silly to set music to a trip to a garden but its all I had to share this week …
I dug up another neat clip from the family movie vauilt. This one is sure to embarras me and my old roomate, Brian. Here we are with my old jet ski from college. In ths clip, Seiko goes riding. She used to really enjoy it as we went almost every weekend.

Seiko turns 8 on Wednesday so we took her to the park and fed her some McDonalds! We took a bunch of pictures that you can see here.
Thanks for looking,
Michael
Seiko has been watching very carefully since Tru got here and we, in turn, have been watching Seiko very closely. We’ve been very cautious anytime they are around each other. Seiko has been very good and patient. She follows us around as we carry the baby. Whenever Tru cries, she runs to her and waits for us to ‘fix it’. She will walk up to Tru and sniff her (especially her diapers) and sometimes will give her a few small kisses (licks) on her head.
Well, tonight she’d been watching me put the pacifier (aka Binky) in her mouth over and over and over and over again. Tru kept spitting it out. Well, Seiko went over to her and did her usual sniffing. I put a hand on Seiko and talked to her about “being gentle” like always. She bent down to give her a kiss (or so I thought) but instead she gently and slowly pulled the pacifier from Tru’s mouth! What happens when they start fighting over Barbie dolls!?!?!
